Departmental Seminar

The Department of English, Namrup College, organised a departmental seminar on 25th September, 2025 for its major students. The seminar brought together students from the 1st, 3rd, and 5th semesters, who presented their papers with well-prepared PowerPoint slides.

Apart from earning scores for their academic course, the seminar served as a valuable learning experience. It helped students enhance their research, presentation, and critical thinking skills. They Engaged with diverse literary topics which encouraged them to explore texts more deeply, articulate their ideas clearly, and respond to questions with confidence. The seminar also created an interactive academic atmosphere where students learned from one another’s perspectives. Faculty members guided and encouraged them, appreciating the effort and originality reflected in their presentations.
